Homemade Baby Food!

That's right! I made my own baby food! I will continue to do this unless we are on a trip and then buying baby food is more convenient. It was easy too! I don't know why more people don't do it. Lex is changing everyday and although part of me wants her to stay a baby I can't wait (and yet I can) to see who she will become! I started putting her in her walker in the kitchen so she can see me and possibly learn to cook along the way, although that is a very long ways off. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be a stay at home mom because there are people out there who can't afford it. To be honest we are kind of scraping by especially with all the medical bills but if I have to go without food (not that I have so far) to do the job I'm called to do, I will do it! My daughter is so beautiful and people will see her from the back and say, "Oh she's so cute." Then they see her face and say, "Oh wow! She's VERY beautiful!" I'm blessed. That's all there is to say! Have a great Sunday! I have a very busy week ahead of me!

The first picture is a great smile. The second picture is green beans. The third picture I can just hear her saying, "Mom, enough already. Everyone already knows how cute I am. Must you have that camera in my face all the time." :)
